My principal place of residence is in the Riccarton Ward of the Waipuna Halswell-Hornby-Riccarton Community Board area.
I’m Luke Chandler, your current Riccarton Community Board Member, and I’m standing again to keep delivering real results and to make sure your voice is heard.
I’m an IT and employment relations professional, and I also chair Neighbourhood Support Christchurch, where we work to build safer, more connected communities. I’m a strong local advocate who lives in the area and understands what matters to Riccarton residents.
I’ve attended every board meeting and information session so far, with a track record of action through grassroots projects like Rebuild Christchurch. My approach is simple: I listen, I show up, and I get things done.
Riccarton deserves visible, responsive representation. I’m here to bring solutions, not issues, and with your vote, I’ll keep doing just that.
