I have stood for elections and the reason I am now running for Waitakere Ward to help Building a Safer, Stronger Future for Waitākere’s Families. Our children deserve more than just classrooms – they deserve safe streets, strong values, and a community that believes in their potential.

In Waitākere Ward, I will work to:

Protect and improve our schools by advocating for fair funding, modern facilities, and programmes that give every child an equal chance to succeed.

Keep our kids safe with stronger road safety measures around schools, better lighting, and community patrol partnerships.

Support families and build discipline by working with churches, marae, and youth organisations to instill respect, resilience, and hope in our young people.

When education is strong, safety is secure, and values are upheld, Waitākere will be a place where families flourish and children grow into the leaders of tomorrow.

I am not a politician—I am a dedicated public servant with 13 years’ experience as a Corrections Officer and currently serving my community as an Auckland Council employee. My passion lies in working with youth and supporting broken families, offering hope, structure, and guidance through lived experience. Grounded in faith, I believe in restoring lives, not judging them. I’m bilingual, community-focused, and committed to real change through action, not politics. I serve with humility, strength, and a deep sense of purpose. My journey has shaped me to stand for truth, healing, and opportunity where it’s needed most—on the ground, with people.
